For your convenience, ample free car parking is available in various locations around the centre and is well signposted.

Special Needs

All Designer Outlets are wheelchair-friendly, with fully equipped disabled toilets and easy access to all the shops. Wheelchairs are available for loan - please ask at the Customer Information Desk for details.

Customer Information Desk

Tax-free Shopping

VAT refunds are at the individual store's discretion. Each will operate their own system - just ask in stores for details.

Group Bookings

When you book a group visit to our Designer Outlet, everyone in your group is eligible for a special 10% Discount Card, for selected stores that day.  To make an enquiry or to book, click here.

Gift Cards

Designer Outlet cards are available in multiples of £5 and £10, making a great gift for any one. You can buy them at the Customer Information Desk and they can be used in any store.
