The Customer Information Desk is located opposite the covered children's play area in the centre and will give you all the help you need on any issue, including transport, accommodation and wheelchair hire. The Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Designer Gift Card can also be purchased here.

Group Bookings

Parking
For your convenience, ample free car parking is available in various
locations around the centre and is well signposted. On busy days such
as weekends and bank holidays follow the signs to the free multistory
car park.

Accessibility
All McArthurGlen Designer Outlets are wheelchair-friendly, with fully equipped disabled toilets and easy access to all the shops and designated disabled car spaces.
